促进低幼儿童入园适应的策略——以挪威卑尔根市S园为例

Strategies for Promoting Young Children’s Adaptation to the Kindergarten: Taking S Kindergarten in Bergen, Norway as An Example

摘要 以挪威卑尔根市S园为例,梳理促进低幼儿童入园适应的策略。其中,完善管理制度的策略包括严格控制办园规模,灵活安排在园时间,明确园长职责范围;促进家园合作的策略包括确立家长陪同制度,指定低幼儿童联系人,组织家长志愿活动;支持低幼儿童发展的策略包括帮助低幼儿童建立“分离和返回”的概念,通过身体接触安抚低幼儿童,支持低幼儿童建立同伴关系,给予低幼儿童自我调适的时间,引导低幼儿童转移注意力。以上策略对解决低幼儿童入园适应问题有一定启示。 Taking S Kindergarten in Bergen,Norway as an example,this study goes over strategies used to promote young children's adaptation to the kindergarten.Strategies for improving management system include small scale kindergarten,flexible hours at kindergarten,and clear obligations of the kindergarten director.Strategies for boosting family-kindergarten cooperation include parents'presence,liaisons,and parent volunteers.Strategies for supporting the development of young children include helping young children form the concept of "separation and return",comforting young children by physical touching,supporting young children in.establishing peer relationship,allowing sufficient time for young children to adapt,and guiding young chil- dren to shift their attention.Those strategies provide some references for dealing with young children's adaptation to the kindergarten.
