The 18th meeting of the Council of Heads of Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO),chaired by Xi Jinping,was successfully held in Qingdao,Shandong Province from June 9 to 10.This was the first SCO summit held since the organization's membership was expanded.
