摘要
针对目前医学成像MRI价格昂贵、X射线和CT扫描具有电离辐射的现状,提出了一种基于时间反转算法的微波医学成像方法。该方法价格低廉,无电离辐射危害,是一种安全、高效、经济的医学成像方法。在简单介绍微波探测原理和时间反转算法基础上分析微波医学成像的可行性,并以胰腺肿瘤为例,采用时间反转算法模拟仿真不同天线间隔、天线数量、天线位置对微波成像诊断胰腺肿瘤清晰度的影响。结果表明,天线阵列间隔较大时可以诊断更大范围,但没有小间距天线阵列具备更好的清晰度和精确度;天线数目增加时微波成像的质量得到改善,但当天线数目达到一定数目后成像效果变化不大;天线位置与检测目标越近以及通过的肌肉和器官组织越少时,成像效果越好、越清晰。
For the current medical imaging MRI is expensive,X-ray and CT scans have the status of ionizing radiation.The microwave medical imaging method based on the time reversal algorithm has been proposed.The method is lowcost,non-ionizing radiation hazard,and it is a safe,efficient and economical medical imaging method.Analysing the feasibility of microwave medical imaging based on a brief introduction of microwave detection principle and time reversal algorithm.Taking pancreatic tumors as an example,the time-reversal algorithm was used to simulate the effects of different antenna spacings,number of antennas,and antenna positions on the accuracy of microwave imaging in the diagnosis of pancreatic tumors.The results show that larger antenna arrays can diagnose a larger range,but no small-pitch antenna array has better definition and accuracy.The quality of microwave imaging is improved when the number of antennas increases,but the imaging effect does not change much when the number of antennas reaches a certain number.The closer the antenna position is to the detection target and the less muscle and organ tissue it passes,the better and clearer the imaging results.
