传统色彩研究及其在生肖邮票中的应用

当代设计的色彩运用,其实已经从某种程度上被动的忽略了自己的历史和传统,并与之隔绝。有着深厚文化内涵的中国传统色彩没有被当成一种文化观念来对待。作为文化传承的代表和国家名片,生肖邮票包含了传统文化、传统形式与传统色彩的表达等诸多含义。探讨将传统色彩作为一种文化观念应用于生肖邮票设计之中,不仅对前人文化继承有重要意义,也对生肖邮票设计的未来发展起到重要作用。本文通过对传统色彩的发生、发展规律以及色彩观念进行探索研究,深入剖析生肖文化的特征、邮票设计的独特性等,来寻求中国传统色彩观、中国传统文化在现代邮票设计中的内在关联,进而更透彻地解读生肖邮票设计的中国特色并非只存留于外延和形式,更植根于内涵和根本。

It has been passively neglected somewhat as our own history and tradition on color application of modern design. Generally, China traditional colors are considered as a historical existence which exists in isolation from designers. Cultural heritage always acts as a hot topic of our discussion,however traditional colors with deep cultural context are often considered as some historical fragments which are not treated as cultural concepts. As representative and national name card for cultural heritage, China’s zodiac stamps contain the expressions as traditional culture, traditional forms and traditional colors. Discussion on how to apply traditional colors into zodiac stamp design as a cultural concept will be not only meaningful for cultural heritage, but also play an important role on future development of zodiac stamp design.The paper aims at the analysis on feature of zodiac culture and distinctness of stamp design by means of occurrence, rules for development of traditional colors and color concept, which seeks for China’s traditional color concept and inherent relationship between China’ s traditional culture and modern stamp design. It will interpret China’s style and uniqueness deeply from zodiac stamp design, which prefers intension and essence to extension and forms.
