水胶体敷料预防婴幼儿心电监护电极片致皮肤损伤的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨婴幼儿心电监护电极片所致皮肤损伤的预防措施。方法纳入我科儿童重症病房行心电监护婴幼儿204例,进行自身对照研究,根据实施方法不同,分为对照组(左侧)和实验组(右侧),观察两侧皮肤损伤发生的差异并做统计分析。结果使用改良方法后皮肤损伤的发生率及更换电极贴片疼痛率显著降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。电极片粘贴致皮肤损伤时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论婴幼儿心电监护电极贴片致皮肤损伤可能与营养状况、皮肤自身情况及监护时间有关。改良后电极片粘贴方法可有效预防皮肤损伤发生率。 Objective To explore preventions of skin injury induced by electrode patch during electrocardiography( ECG) monitoring. Methods Self-control study of 204 cases was carried out in pediatric ICU. According to different implement,left chest was set as control group,and right chest was set as experimental group. Skin injury from both sides was observed and recorded. Clinic data from all infants were collected and statistically analyzed. Results Contrary to the control group,the skin injury and pain score of experimental group decreased significantly( P < 0. 01). However,there was no statistical significance in electrode stickup time ininfants with skin injury( P>0. 05). Conclusions Skin injury is probably closely related to nutritional and skin status and monitoring time in infants,which can be prevented by means of improved care measures.
