紫草在宫外孕保守治疗中的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of lithospermum erythrorhizon on the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的观察中药紫草在宫外孕保守治疗中的临床疗效。方法将68例宫外孕患者随机分为两组,观察组紫草联合甲氨喋呤治疗;对照组单用甲氨喋呤治疗。对两组的治疗有效率及药物不良反应,β-HCG恢复正常时间和包块消失时间进行比较。结果加用紫草的观察组的治疗有效率为96.67%,显著高于未加紫草的对照组76.32%(P<0.05)。观察组7天后β-HCG下降率高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组β-HCG恢复正常时间和包块消失时间均短于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者的药物不良反应比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论中药紫草联合甲氨喋呤对宫外孕进行保守治疗疗效显著,能加快β-HCG的下降速度,促进包块的吸收,且不增加药物的不良反应,值得进一步的研究和推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of lithospermum erythrorhizon in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 68 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,observation group was treated with lithospermum erythrorhizon and methotrexate,and the control group was treated with methotrexate only. The effective rate of treatment,adverse drug reaction,the recovery time of beta-HCG and the disappearance time of the pelvic lumps of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96. 67%,which was significantly higher than 76. 32% of the control group( P<0.05). The decline rate of beta-HCG on the seventh day of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistical difference between the two groups( P< 0.05). The recovery time of betaHCG and the disappearance time of the pelvic lumps of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group. There were significant differences( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusions A combination of lithospermum erythrorhizon and chemical drugs had marked therapeutic efficacy for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.It could accelerate the decline rate of beta-HCG and shorten the duration of the disappearing of pelvic lumps. At the same time it would not increase the adverse drug reactions. Therefore,it is worthy of further researching and extending its clinical application.
