无菌粘贴敷料固定方形纱球压迫右侧颈内静脉穿刺点渗血的效果

Effect of sterile paste fixing square yarn ball pressure dressing on wound errhysis after right internal jugular vein catheterization

目的探讨"敷洁"无菌粘贴敷料固定方形纱球压迫右侧颈内静脉穿刺点止血的效果。方法选择2017年10月—2018年1月在我院接受B超引导下右侧颈内静脉置管术后穿刺点渗血需外加压固定方形纱球止血的患者,共纳入136例患者,分为对照组和实验组,分别68例。对照组采用强力胶布外加压法,固定方形纱球压迫右侧颈内静脉穿刺点,实验组采用"敷洁"无菌粘贴敷料外加压法,固定方形纱球压迫右侧颈内静脉穿刺点。观察两组患者加压后1 h,2 h和24 h的加压效果并进行分析。结果经加压后对照组和实验组的渗血情况和舒适度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。加压后1 h,2 h,24 h实验组的舒适度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无菌粘贴敷料固定方形纱球压迫右侧颈内静脉穿刺点渗血的效果较对照组更能有效达到压迫止血的目的,而且操作过程简单,可以在临床推广。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of " FUJIE" sterile paste pressure dressing fixed square yarn ball pressure dressing on wound errhysis after right internal jugular vein catheterization.Methods A total of 136 patients with wound errhysis after right internal jugular vein catheterization during Oct. 2017 and Jan.2018 in our hospital were randomized into two groups,with 68 patients in each group. The control group received traditional tape pressure dressing plus fixed square gauze on the puncture site. Another group received "FUJIE"sterile paste pressure dressing plus fixed square gauze. The wound errhysis extent and dressing comfort were observed and recorded at 1 h,2 h and 24 h after pressured. Results The wound errhysis extent and dressing comfort between the two groups showed statistically difference( P<0.05). The comfort in experimental group at the 1 st,2 nd and 4 th hour after pressuring was significantly precede to that of the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusions Compared to the traditional group,sterile paste pressure dressing plus fixed square gauze was proved to be a more effective and more comfortable wound caring method. It is simple to operate and worthy of clinical application and popularization.
