空巢老人生存质量现状分析

Status quo analysis of quality of life for the empty-nest elderly

随着人均寿命的增长和人口生育率的下降,老龄化也成为突出的社会问题,特别是失能和高龄老年人的比例迅速升高,空巢老人的数量逐年增加,养老问题正在被我国政府和社会各界高度关注。中共中央国务院出台的《关于加强老龄工作的决定》指出要逐步建立国家、社会、家庭和个人相结合的养老保障机制,确保老年人生活、医疗等方面的基本需求。在这种形势下,文章对我国空巢老人的生存质量现状进行分析,以期为解决空巢老人生存质量问题提供参考。

With the growth of per capita life expectancy and declining fertility rate of the population,aging has also become a prominent social problem. In particular,the proportion of disabled and elderly people has risen rapidly,the number of emptynest elderly has increased year by year,and the issue of elderly care is being highly concerned by the government and the community. The"Decision on Strengthening Work for Older Persons"issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to gradually establish a national,social,domestic and individual pension security mechanism to ensure the basic needs of the elderly living,medical care and other aspects. Under this situation,this article analyzes the status quo of the quality of life for the empty-nest elderly in China and provides references for solving the problem of the quality of life for the empty-nest elderly.
