A review of nursing intervention of gout patients in community

近年来痛风症及其前期的高尿酸血症发病率逐年上升,其与患者的生活方式及饮食结构有密切的关系,严重影响患者的生活质量。因此,生活方式的健康教育和社区护理干预对痛风症及其前期的高尿酸血症的病人改善症状和生活质量有积极的意义。文章将从社区医院护理干预痛风的角度对近年来的相关研究作一综述。

In recent years the incidence rates of gout and hyperuricemia have been increasing year by year,which has a close relationship with the life style and diet structure of the patients and seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.Therefore,health education of lifestyle and community nursing intervention has positive significance for improving the symptoms and quality of life of patients with gout or hyperuricemia. This article will summarize the related researches in recent years from the aspect of nursing and intervention of gout in community hospitals.
