国家大剧院小剧场演出运营特色分析

A Study on the Operating Characteristics of the Small Theatre of National Centre for the Performing Arts

中国的小剧场诞生于上个世纪80年代末,30年来一直蓬勃发展。这些小剧场各具特点,它们的出现吸引了更多观众走进剧场。近年,北京新建小剧场的数量逐年递增,一些地区形成了小剧场集群,促使小剧场群落的演出功能更加丰富,逐渐成为文化建设的重要组成部分和基本单元。国有及民营小剧场随之迅速发展,这对小剧场市场化运营,具有不可或缺的重要意义。目前来看,这些小剧场在经营发展中都具有自身的运营特色,如何自负盈亏达到收支平衡,实现可持续经营,是小剧场运营发展的头等大事。如何树立剧场的品牌,逐渐引起业界人士的思考与重视。本文研究对象—国家大剧院小剧场,通过对其近9年演出运营经验,来分析其经营发展的特色。

The recent 30 years has witnessed the booming of various small theaters of different characteristics of China, which first appeared in the late 1980s. With an increasing number of state-owned and private small theaters, there are several small theatre clusters with more functions which become an important element of cultural development in accelerating the marketization of small theaters. At present, for the small theaters with distinct characteristics, which independently bear risks and obligations, balances and sustainability is the top priority. Therefore, branding becomes an issue of considerable weight in the community. This paper looks into the operation of the small theatre of the National Centre for the Performing Arts during 9 years so as to analyze its operating characteristics.
