摘要 在城市基础设施建设水平空间非均衡的背景下,从城市硬环境系统和城市软环境系统两个方面设定了多层次评价指标体系,采用突变级数法和熵值法构建了城市基础设施建设空间差异评价模型,并对我国31个地区的城市基础设施水平进行了实证分析,研究结果表明:我国各地区基础设施水平空间差异显著,不同基础设施类别之间也存在较大差异,各类基础设施发展不均衡,"短板效应"明显。 Under the background of uneven spatial distribution of urban infrastructures,a multi-level evaluation index system is established from the aspects of urban hard environment system and urban soft environment system. A spatial difference evaluation model for urban infrastructures is constructed using catastrophe progression method and entropy method. Then, an empirical analysis at urban infrastructure level is conducted to investigate the cities in 31 provinces. The results show that there are significant spatial differences in different regions of China at infrastructure level. There are also great differences among different types of infrastructures. The development of various types of infrastructures is uneven, and the " short board effect" is obvious.
