摘要 伴随着装配式建筑的迅猛发展,预制混凝土构件的种类和数量不断增多,导致预制构件生产调度越来越复杂。以往研究大多忽略了加班在生产调度中的作用,相关模型无法通过安排工人加班来避免预制构件延期交付,使得其生产调度缺乏足够的灵活性。通过分析预制混凝土构件生产流程的特点,运用混合整数线性规划(Mixed Integer Linear Programming,MILP)算法,建立了预制混凝土构件生产调度优化模型。模型旨在通过合理安排构件生产顺序和工人加班时间,在满足订单要求的前提下,缩短构件在生产线上的等待时间和机器空闲时间,提高预制工厂的生产效率,并通过案例对比,验证了MILP算法对提高生产效率的有效性和可行性。 With the rapid development of prefabricated buildings,the variety and quantity of prefabricated concrete components are increasing,resulting in increasingly complex production scheduling of prefabricated components. Previous studies mostly ignored the role of overtime in production scheduling,and the related models could not avoid delay in delivery of prefabricated components by arranging workers to work overtime,which made their production scheduling lack sufficient flexibility. By analyzing the characteristics of the production process of prefabricated concrete components,the production scheduling optimization model of prefabricated concrete components is established using mixed integer linear programming( MILP) algorithm. The purpose of the model is to shorten the waiting time of components and idle time of machines on the production line,and improve the production efficiency of prefabrication plant by reasonably arranging the production sequence of components and overtime hours of workers on the premise of meeting the order requirements. Through case comparison,the effectiveness and feasibility of MILP algorithm in production efficiency are verified.
