摘要
基于业主角度,识别出被动式住宅业主满意度影响因素,设置潜变量与观测变量,构建被动式住宅业主满意度结构方程模型。采用问卷调查法对哈尔滨、大连、沈阳等多个城市被动式住宅的业主满意度进行调查数据收集,通过与实际调研数据的拟合对所建模型进行检验,依据检验结果对满意度模型进行调整,得出影响被动式住宅业主满意度的关键因素及关键影响路径,为提升被动式住宅业主满意度提供理论参考。
In this study, owners’ satisfaction factors for passive housing are identified. Based on the collection of the latent and observed variables,a SEM model is built. The model is validated and modified by using questionnaire survey data from Harbin,Dalian,Shenyang and other cities. The key factors affecting the owners’ satisfaction of passive housing and the key influence path are determined. The paper can provide a theoretical reference for improving the owners’ satisfaction of passive housing.
