参倍固肠胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效及对PKA/TRPV1通路的影响

Curative effect of Shenbei Guchang capsules in the treatment of Diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome and its influence on PKA/TRPV1 pathway

[目的]观察参倍固肠胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的临床疗效及其对结肠黏膜中蛋白激酶A(PKA)、辣椒素受体(TRPV1)表达的影响。[方法]入选IBS-D患者90例,随机分为2组,各45例。对照组给予匹维溴铵片50mg,3次/d。观察组给予参倍固肠胶囊1.8g,3次/d。疗程均为2周。观察2组患者的临床疗效,同时检测患者结肠黏膜中PKA、TRPV1的表达。[结果]经治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(93.3%vs.75.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者结肠黏膜中PKA、TRPV1的表达水平较对照组明显减低(0.415±0.069 vs.0.584±0.081、0.423±0.067 vs.0.634±0.088),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]参倍固肠胶囊治疗IBS-D具有良好的临床效果,其作用机制可能与下调结肠黏膜中PKA、TRPV1的表达有关。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Shenbei Guchang capsules in treamtent of Diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS)and its influence on protein kinase A(PKA)/transient receptor potential vanilloid type 1(TRPV1)pathway.[Methods]90 cases of patients with D-IBS,were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases each.Control group was given Pinaverium Bromide Tablets 50 mg,tid.Observation group was given Shenbei Guchang capsule 1.8 g,tid.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.To observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after the treatment.Meanwhile,the expression of PKA,TRPV1 in colonic mucosa of the patients was detected.[Results]After treatment,the clinical effective rate of Observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(93.3%vs.75.6%),there was statistical difference.(P<0.05).The levels of PKA,TRPV1 in colonic mucosa of Observation group were significantly lower than those in Control group(0.415±0.069 vs.0.584±0.081、0.423±0.067 vs.0.634±0.088),there was statistical difference.(P <0.05).[Conclusion]Shenbei Guchang capsules has a good clinical effect in treating IBS-D,and its mechanism may be related to reduced the expression of PKA,TRPV1 in colonic mucosa.
