COX-2在炎性息肉与腺瘤性息肉中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of COX-2 in inflammatory polyps and adenomatous polyps

[目的]分析环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在炎性结肠息肉与腺瘤性结肠息肉中的表达情况,探讨COX-2和结肠息肉的关系。[方法]搜集我院直径大小为5～8mm息肉标本80例,经苏木精-伊红染色后病理表现为炎性息肉、管状腺瘤、管状绒毛状腺瘤和绒毛状腺瘤,每组20例,经免疫组化测定COX-2的表达情况,分析不同种类息肉中COX-2表达的差异性。[结果]炎性息肉中无1例发生瘤变,管状腺瘤、管状绒毛状腺瘤和绒毛状腺瘤中都不同程度的发生了瘤变;COX-2在不同种类的息肉中表达与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。[结论]不同种类的结肠息肉中COX-2的表达有显著性差异,抑制COX-2的高表达为结肠息肉的预防提供了有效方法。

[Objective]To analyze the expression of COX-2 in inflammatory colonic polyps and adenomatous colonic polyps,and to explore the relationship between COX-2 and colonic polyps.[Methods]80 polyps of 5-8 mm in diameter were collected.The pathological manifestations were inflammatory polyps,tubular adenomas,tubular villous adenomas and villous adenomas after HE staining.The expression of COX-2 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 20 cases of each group.[Results]None of the inflammatory polyps had tumorigenesis,and the expression of COX-2 in tubular adenoma,tubular villous adenoma and villous adenoma was significantly different from that in the control group.[Conclusion]The expression of COX-2 in different kinds of colonic polyps was significantly different.Inhibiting the high expression of COX-2 provided an effective method for the prevention of colonic polyps.
