3D slicer辅助立体定向治疗基底节区脑内血肿疗效观察 被引量:4

Observation of the curative effect on 3D slicer assisted stereotactic surgery for basal ganglia intracerebral hematoma

摘要 目的对比传统开颅手术与3D slicer辅助立体定向治疗基底节区脑内血肿疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2017年4月~12月32例基底节区脑内血肿患者的病例资料,3D slicer辅助立体定向手术16例作为观察组,传统开颅手术16例作为对照组。结果两组患者术前资料对比,无明显统计学差异;术后两组的再出血率、感染率以及出院时GCS评分无明显统计学差异;观察组手术时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);术后观察组1、3个月日常生活活动能力(ADL)均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 3D slicer能为立体定向治疗基底节区脑内血肿手术提供准确的靶点定位及手术路径。3D slicer辅助立体定向治疗基底节区脑内血肿临床效果确切,有效改善患者预后,促进脑神经功能早期恢复。 Objective To compare the effect of traditional craniotomy and 3D slicer assisted stereotactic surgery for basal ganglia intracerebral hematoma.Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 32 patients with basal ganglia intracerebral hematoma were analyzed retrospectively from Apri to December 2017,and 16 cases of 3D slicer assisted stereotactic surgery as observation group,16 cases of traditional craniotomy as control group.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of preoperative data.There was no significant difference in the rebleeding rate,infection rate and GCS score at the time of discharge between the two groups.The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The activity of daily living(ADL)in the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 1 month and 3 months,and the difference was statistically significant (P<O.05).Conclusion 3D slicer can provide accurate target and surgical path for stereotactic treatment of intracerebral hematoma in the basal ganglia.3D slicer assisted stereotactic treatment of basal ganglia intracerebral hematoma has a definite clinical effect,which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients,promote early recovery of cranial nerve function.
