去氧孕烯炔雌醇片与甲羟孕酮治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血效果比较观察

Effect of Comparison between desogestrelethinyl estradiol tablets and medroxy progesterone acetate in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的对比分析青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片与甲羟孕酮治疗效果。方法选取本院妇科门诊或住院收治的96例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者,按治疗方案不同分为给予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗的观察组(48例)和给予甲羟孕酮治疗的对照组(48例),评估两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率达97.92%,显著高于对照组85.42%,经χ~2检验(χ~2=4.9091,P=0.0267)。观察组患者用药后控制出血时间、止血完全时间均分别早于对照组,经组间成组t检验(t=9.2880,P=0.0000;t=9.9851,P=0.0000)。两组患者治疗前子宫内膜厚度、经量、经期比较(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度、经量、经期均较治疗前右明显改善(P <0.05);但观察组改善程度更显著,治疗后上述各项指标均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者中运用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,其止血迅速,疗效显著且安全,临床推广价值高。

Objective To compare and analyze the effects of desogestrel and medroxyprogesterone in patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 96 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to gynecological clinic or inpatient department of our hospital were divided into the observation group(48 cases)treated with deoxypregneneethinylestradiol tablets and the control group(48 cases)treated with medroxyprogesterone according to different treatment schemes. The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group reached 97.92%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 85.42%(χ^2= 4.9091, P = 0.0267). Patients in the observation group controlled bleeding time after treatment, and the complete time of hemostasis was earlier than that of the control group. The t-test was used to compare the two groups(t = 9.2880, P =0.0000;t = 9.9851, P = 0.0000). After treatment, the thickness of the endometrium, the menstrual flow and the menstrual period in the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.05)compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05);however, the changes of endometrial thickness, Group improved more significantly, after treatment, the above indicators are better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The use of desogestrelethinyl estradiol tablets in patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding, rapid hemostasis,significant and safe, clinical promotion of high value.
