经直肠双平面腔内超声对肛周脓肿的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of transrectal double plane intravascular ultrasound for perianal abscess

目的探讨肛周脓肿疾病诊断中经直肠双平面腔内超声的应用价值。方法对医院既往收治实施手术治疗的178例肛周脓肿患者临床资料展开回顾性分析,分别在术前实施经高频超声和经直肠双平面腔内超声诊断,对比2种诊断方法与手术病理检查结果的符合率,并对比与临床分期、分型结果的符合率。结果经直肠双平面腔内超声诊断肛周脓肿与手术病理的符合率明显高于经高频超声(P<0.05),且前者对临床分期、分型诊断的符合率均明显高于后者(P<0.05)。结论在肛周脓肿诊断中经直肠双平面腔内超声的应用价值明显优于经高频超声,能够在术前为临床医生提供丰富、可靠的疾病信息。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of transrectal double plane ultrasonography in the perianal abscess disease.Methods The clinical data of 178 patients with perianal abscess treated by surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively. The coincidence rate between two diagnostic methods, the results of operation and pathology were compared. The coincidence rate of the clinical stages and the results of classification were also compared. Results TDual plane transrectal ultrasound in diagnosis of perianal abscess was conformed with surgical pathology, which was significantly better than diagnosis of the high frequency ultrasound(P < 0.05), and the former had the better coincidence on clinical stage and classification(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of perianal abscess,biplane transrectal ultrasonography is significantly better than the high frequency ultrasound, it can provide more abundant and more reliable information about disease for clinical doctors before surgery.
