60例腹腔镜子宫全切除术患者围手术期护理体会

目的探讨围手术期优质护理在腹腔镜子宫全切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年1月-2016年12月期间收治的60例拟定行腹腔镜子宫全切除术患者作为研究对象,按1:1比例随机分为实验组和对照组(n=30),实验组给予优质护理,对照组给予常规护理,观察比较两组住院时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、首次下床活动时间和护理满意度等指标的差异性。结果实验组患者住院时间(4.79±1.21)d和胃肠道功能恢复时间(8.61±1.02)h,均短于对照组(8.92±1.53)d、(16.79±1.99)h,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01);实验组首次下床活动时间(8.21±0.94)h,明显少于对照组(17.42±1.01)h,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);实验组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论围手术期优质护理可明显促进腹腔镜子宫全切除术患者的术后康复和满意度,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative high quality nursing care on patients with total laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 60 patients who were performed total laparoscopic hysterectomy from January 2013 to December 2016 were chosen as the research objects.According to the proportion of 1:1,60 cases were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group(n=30).The experimental group was given high quality nursing care,while the control group were given routine nursing care.Clinical outcomes, complications and satisfaction between two groups were evaluated and compared after operation. Results The hospital stays and gastrointestinal function recovery time of the experimental group were(4.79±1.21 d)and(8.61±1.02 h)respectively, which were all shorter than those of the control group(8.92±1.53 d)and(16.79±1.99 h)(P <0.01).The leaving bed time in the experimental group(8.21±0.94 h)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.42±1.01 h)(P < 0.01).The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing care can promote postoperative rehabilitation and satisfaction of patients with total laparoscopic hysterectomy.
