摘要
目的观察半夏泻心汤对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜病理形态及血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法从50只大鼠中随机抽取8只作为空白组,其余42只采用100%冰醋酸腐蚀法复制胃溃疡模型,造模成功后随机选取存活大鼠32只,随机分为模型组,奥美拉唑对照组,半夏泻心汤高、低剂量组4组,各组给予相应药物或生理盐水灌胃7 d,观察各组大鼠的胃黏膜病理形态,检测大鼠血清ET-1、NO的含量。结果与模型组比较,各治疗组大鼠血清ET-1含量明显降低,NO含量明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);各治疗组大鼠血清ET-1含量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);半夏泻心汤高剂量组大鼠血清NO含量明显高于半夏泻心汤低剂量组及奥美拉唑对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。半夏泻心汤能明显改善胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜的病理形态。结论半夏泻心汤可通过调节血管舒缩因子NO及ET-1的含量,从而达到保护胃黏膜、促进胃黏膜修复的目的。
Objective To observe the effects of Banxia Xiexin Tang( 半夏泻心汤) on gastric mucosa pathomorphology and the content of serum ET-1 and NO in gastric ulcer rats. Methods Eight rats of the 50 ones were randomly chosen as the blank group,the rest 42 rats were used to establish the gastric ulcer model by glacial acetic acid corrosion. After successful modeling,32 surviving rats were randomly chosen and divided into four groups:model group,omeprazole control group,Banxia Xiexin Tang high and low dose group,each group was given the corresponding medicine gavage or intragastric administration of normal saline for 7 days. We observed the gastric mucosa pathomorphology in rats of each group,and detected the content of serum ET-1 and NO in rats. Results Compared with the model group,the content of serum ET-1 decreased significantly while NO increased significantly in each treatment group,there were statistically significant differences among the groups( P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no statistically significant differences in rats serum ET-1 among the groups( P>0.05);The content of rats serum NO in Banxia Xiexin Tang high dose group was significantly higher than that of Banxia Xiexin Tang low dose group and omeprazole control group,there were statistically significant differences( P <0.05). Banxia Xiexin Tang could significantly improve the gastric mucosa pathomorphology of gastric ulcer rats. Conclusion By regulating the content of serum NO and ET-1,Banxia Xiexin Tang can protect gastric mucosa and promote repair of gastric mucosa.
