Professor HUANG Haibo's experience in the treatment of infertility due to tubal obstruction

介绍黄海波教授治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的经验。其认为输卵管阻塞性不孕症多因湿、热、瘀导致,病机关键在于胞脉闭阻不通,难以摄精成孕,因此治疗的重点为"疏通胞脉"。针对导致胞脉闭阻的病因,结合中医外治相关理论,非经期以自拟洁炎通管汤加减内服联合保留灌肠及外敷治疗,经期予少腹逐瘀汤加减口服,并配合情志疗法,从而达到清热利湿、活血化瘀、畅管助孕的目的。验之临床,疗效满意。附典型病案1则以验证。

This paper introduces professor HUANG Haibo’s experience in the treatment of infertility due to tubal obstruction. He deems that infertility due to tubal obstruction mainly results from damp-heat and static blood,and the key of pathogenesis lies in the uterine vessels obstruction failing to reach the sperms and undergo conception,thus the focus of treatment is dredging the uterine vessels. For the cause of uterine vessels obstruction,combined with external treatment of TCM,in non-menstrual period the treatment is oral administration of modified selfmade Jieyan Tongguan Tang( 洁炎通管汤) combined with retention enema and external therapy,and in menstrual period the treatment is oral administration of modified Shaofu Zhuyu Tang( 少腹逐瘀汤) matching emotional therapy,so as to achieve the goal of clearing away heat to drain dampness,activating blood to resolve stagnation,and unblocking tube to assist pregnancy. The clinical efficacy is satisfactory proved by clinic. One typical case is attached for verification.
