剂量对吡喹酮治疗青年慢性血吸虫病患者疗效的影响

Comparison of clinical efficacy of praziquantel of different doses in the treatment of chronic schistosomiasis

目的探讨剂量对吡喹酮治疗青年慢性血吸虫病患者疗效的影响。方法选取武警湖南总队医院2015-01至2016-12接诊的90例青年慢性血吸虫病患者,随机分为两组,各45例,低剂量组按40 mg/kg剂量服用吡喹酮,常规剂量组按60 mg/kg剂量服用,采用2 d疗法,2～3次/d,比较两组患者药物疗效。结果低剂量组与常规剂量组疗效基本相当,治疗有效率分别为93. 3%和95. 65%,护肝药物使用率分别为24. 4%和20. 0%,不良反应发生率分别为44. 4%和51. 1%,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论低剂量吡喹酮和常规剂量吡喹酮疗效相当,可以选择40 mg/kg剂量用于治疗青年慢性血吸虫病者。

Objective To explore the effect of doses on the efficacy of praziquantel in the treatment of chronic schistosomiasis.Methods Ninety patients treated at Hunan Corps Hospital of the Armed Police were randomly divided into two groups. In the low-dose group,45 patients were given praziquantel at a dose of 40 mg/kg,while in the conventional-dose group the 45 patients were given a conventional dose of 60 mg/kg. Both groups took the drug two or three times a day for two days,two groups were compared.Results The efficacy of low-dose group and the conventional-dose group was roughly equal. The efficacy,usage of liver-protecting drugs,and adverse reaction rates were not significantly different between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusions Low-dose praziquantel is as effective as conventional-dose praziquantel and can reduce the usage of praziquantel.
