CD25在老年急性髓系白血病患者中的表达及其与预后的相关性分析

Expression of CD25 in elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia and its correlation with prognosis

摘要 目的观察CD25在老年急性髓系白血病(AML)患者中的表达,探讨其与临床特征和预后的关系。方法回顾性分析2015年1月~2017年1月就诊于潍坊市人民医院的80例初治老年AML患者,应用流式细胞技术检测患者CD25表达情况,统计分析不同临床特征患者的临床预后情况。结果 80例AML患者CD25阳性表达者13例,阴性表达者67例。不同性别、年龄、骨髓原始细胞比值患者的CD25表达无明显差异(P> 0. 05),不同PS评分、高白细胞计数及较差不良核型CD25表达差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。生存分析示CD25阳性表达者无事件生存期(EFS)和总生存期(OS)均显著低于阴性表达者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 001)。结论 CD25是老年AML患者预后危险因素,较阴性表达者预后不良。 Objective To observe the expression of CD25 in elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia( AML) and to explore its relationship with clinical features and prognosis. Methods There were 80 patients newly diagnosed with AML in Weifang People’s Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 analyzed retrospectively. The expression of CD25 was detected by flow cytometry,and the clinical prognosis of patients with different clinical characteristics was analyzed statistically. Results CD25 positive expression was found in 13 cases and negative expression in 67 cases in 80 patients with AML. There was no significant difference in CD25 expression among patients with different sex,age and ratio of bone marrow progenitor cells( P > 0. 05). Different PS scores,high leukocyte count and poor karyotype CD25 expression were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Survival analysis showed that the positive expression of CD25 was significantly lower than that of negative expression( P < 0. 001). Conclusion CD25 is a prognostic risk factor in elderly patients with AML,worse in the patients with positive expression.
