遥控骨水泥推注装置在治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨采用遥控骨水泥推注装置治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析采用遥控骨水泥推注装置辅助治疗的骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者78例,记录手术时间、骨水泥注入量及术前、术后、随访期间VAS评分。结果手术时间(43. 14±3. 87) min,骨水泥注入量(8. 22±1. 61) ml。VAS评分术前8. 03±0. 53,术后2. 15±0. 36,末次随访0. 32±0. 50,术后较术前,末次随访较术后VAS评分均明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论遥控骨水泥推注装置辅助治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折能够有效防止并发症发生,且操作简单,治疗效果满意。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of remote controlled bone cement injection device in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods Retrospective analysis 78 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture treated by remote control bone cement injection device. The operation time,the amount of bone cement injection and VAS scores before,after and during follow-up were recorded. Results The operation time was( 43. 14 ± 3. 87) min and the bone cement injection volume was( 8. 22 ± 1. 61) ml.VAS was 8. 03 ± 0. 53 before operation,2. 15 ± 0. 36 after operation,and 0. 32 ± 0. 50 at the last follow-up. VAS improved significantly after operation,and VAS improved significantly at the last follow-up,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Remote controlled bone cement injection device in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications,and the operation is simple,the treatment effect is satisfactory.
