盆底康复治疗对产后妇女盆底功能障碍的临床疗效

Clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation on pelvic floor dysfunction in postpartum women

目的分析盆底康复治疗对产后妇女盆底功能障碍的临床疗效。方法资料选取2016年1月-2017年12月收治220例产后妇女盆底功能障碍患者作为本次调查对象,分别通过UROSTYM生物电反馈、调查问卷及体检方式筛查产后3个月(n=75)、半年(n=75)及2年(n=70)确诊为盆底功能障碍性疾病并分别设置同名组名,并给予三组患者UROSTYM生物电反馈刺激仪康复治疗,并对比三组治疗前后盆底肌肌力、压力性尿失禁发生率、POP-Q分度情况。结果 3个月组、半年组以及2年组临床治疗效果两两相比差距有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对于产后盆底肌功能障碍患者实施UROSTYM生物电反馈治疗可有效改善患者盆底肌功能,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床大力推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation in postpartum women with pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods Data from January 2016 to December 2017,220 postpartum women with pelvic floor dysfunction were selected as the objects of this survey,and bioelectricity feedback was used to evaluate the effect of bioelectricity on the patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. The questionnaire and physical examination were used to screen postpartum patients for 3 months and half a year. The patients were diagnosed as pelvic floor dysfunction disease with the name of the same name respectively. The patients in the three groups were treated with UROSTYM bioelectric feedback stimulator. The pelvic floor muscle strength and the incidence of stress urinary incontinence were compared before and after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of the 3 month group,the half year group and the 2 year group was 22,the difference was significant( P <0. 05). Conclusion UROSTYM bioelectric feedback therapy for patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle function and improve the clinical effect.
