摘要
文章针对高校智慧图书馆服务现状及其推荐服务面临的问题,采用问卷调查法,基于用户视角设计了一份面向高校师生的调查问卷,用以探究智慧图书馆推荐服务的用户满意度;其后,通过α系数法、KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin)检验法和Bartlett球形检验法分别验证了问卷信度和效度,最后,根据用户满意度调查结果,从用户视角对智慧图书馆服务模式提出了相关改进建议。文章为智慧图书馆建设提供了重要参考和借鉴。
According to the service status of smart library in universities and the problems faced by the recommendation service,this paper introduces several characteristics of the smart library. This study adopts the method of questionnaire survey and designs a survey questionnaire for teachers and students in universities from the perspective of users to explore the user satisfaction of recommendation service of smart library. The questionnaire reliability and validity were respectively verified by the alpha coefficient method, KMO( Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) test and Bartlett test. Based on the user satisfaction survey results,relevant suggestions were proposed for the service mode of smart library from the perspective of users. This study provides important reference value and significance for the construction of intelligent library.
