氧化锌/羧甲基壳聚糖抗菌纸的制备及性能 被引量:4

摘要 以纳米氧化锌和自制O-羧甲基壳聚糖(O-CMC)为抗菌剂,制备复合涂料,进行复合抗菌剂的红外光谱表征分析。将复合抗菌剂在纸张上进行涂布,得到抗菌纸,改变纳米氧化锌和O-CMC的不同配比,制备配比为0∶1、1∶2、2∶3、1∶1、3∶2、2∶1、1∶0共7种不同的复合抗菌剂,将其与未加抗菌剂的纸张做对比,测量不同配比的抗菌效率。结果表明,纳米氧化锌和O-CMC具有协同抗菌作用,纳米氧化锌和O-CMC的配比为3∶2时,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效率分别为93.1%和99.4%,抗菌效果最佳。因此纳米氧化锌和O-CMC复合抗菌纸具有一定的应用价值。 The composite coatings were prepared with nanometer zinc oxide and self-made O-carboxymethyl chitosan(O-CMC) as antibacterial agents and characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The composite antimicrobial agent was coated on antibacterial paper, and the antimicrobial efficiency was measured by changing the ratio of nano-ZnO and O-CMC. The results showed that nano-ZnO and O-CMC had synergistic antibacterial effect. When the ratio of nano-ZnO to O-CMC was 3∶2, the antibacterial efficiency against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 93.1% and 99.4%, respectively,and the best antibacterial effeet was achieved.nano-ZnO and O-CMC composite antibacterial paper posess application value.
