环保型水性油墨柔版印刷墨色呈色效果分析

Analysis on Colorimetric Results for Flexographic Printing with Water-based Ink

用柔版打样机对不同纸张进行柔性版印刷。研究分析纸张的柔版水性油墨印刷呈色效果。箱纸板印刷青墨的墨色饱和度不足,但是色偏较小;印刷品红墨的墨色饱和度虽然略优于青墨,但是色偏严重;印刷黄墨的墨色饱和度相对较高;由于箱纸板本身颜色是黄褐色,原纸对墨色的呈色效果影响较大。铜版纸墨色呈色效果较好,黄墨的墨色呈色效果优于青墨,墨色饱和度较高,色偏小,而青墨的墨色呈色效果优于品红墨。

Flexographic printing was carried out using F1 IGT printability tester. The colourimetric results for flexographic printing with water based ink were analyzed. For liner board, Cyan ink printing presented lower saturation with fewer hue error. Magenta ink printing had higher saturation than that of Cyan ink but had more hue error. Yellow ink printing had higher saturation. The printing was affected by the colour of liner board itself. For coated art paper, colourimetric results were better than that of liner board. yellow ink printing had higher saturation with fewer hue error, of which the colourimetric results were better than that of cyan ink printing followed by Magenta ink printing.
