资源型城市绿色转型中利益相关者的博弈分析

Game analysis of stakeholders in green transformation of resource-based cities

在绿色经济大范围兴起和资源型城市资源濒临枯竭亟需绿色转型的背景下,分析了利益相关者的利益诉求和博弈关系,运用博弈论得出了其行为选择的演化稳定策略。结果表明,在政府主动发挥引导作用,企业积极响应并适当满足城市居民的利益需求,城市居民积极配合、主动参与的条件下,城市的绿色转型才能有效实施,并在此基础上提出了绿色转型的相关对策。

Under the background of the emergence of green economy and the urgent need for green transformation of resourcebased city resources,the interest appeals and game relations of stakeholders were analyzed,and the evolutionary stability strategy of behavior choice was derived by using game theory. The results showed that only when the government actively played a guiding role,enterprises actively responded to and appropriately met the interests and needs of urban residents,and urban res-idents actively cooperated and participate,can urban green transformation be effectively implemented. On this basis,the rele-vant countermeasures of green transformation were put forward.
