浅谈国际农药抗性管理标签

摘要 农药是农作物病虫草害治理的重要手段,多年实践发现,许多农药会因为有害生物抗性的发展而逐渐降低药效或失去效果,或是因抗药性而增加施药次数和施药量。为了更好监管和保护农化产品,延长其生命周期,推动农药的减量使用,农药企业和相关组织,乃至各个国家政府和研究机构对农药抗性的预防及和治理的关注日益密切。在农药抗性的管理上,植保国际协会建立了一套比较成熟的技术手段,美国和加拿大等发达国家也同样建立了一套行之有效的措施,这些技术手段和管理措施不仅能够供其他国家参考和借鉴,而且有利于其他国家管理机构和组织因地制宜的开展农药抗性的预防和综合治理工作,结合相关实践,本文就上述国家和组织在标签上如何规避抗性风险,和活动进展做简要的阐述。 Pesticides play an important role in the management of crop diseases, pests, and weeds. After years of practice,we have found that effectiveness of many pesticides can gradually be reduced or completely lost due to pest resistance. Prevention and control of pesticide resistance have drawn much attention from pesticide companies and related organizations,as well as government agencies and research institutions in various countries to better regulate and protect agrochemical products,and to extend the life span of pesticide effectiveness. Crop life international has established relatively mature control measures for pesticide resistance. Countries such as the United States and Canada have also established a set of effective control measures. These measures can be referenced by agencies and organizations in other countries to develop local practices for pesticide resistance management and comprehensive pest management considering local conditions and scenarios. This article will briefly demonstrate with examples how pesticide resistance management was conducted in the abovementioned countries and organization
