摘要
高压聚乙烯装置挤出工段和产品掺混工段的排放气中,VOCs浓度超过《合成树脂工业污染物排放标准》中要求的排放限值。通过对高压聚乙烯装置挤出工段和产品掺混工段的排放气VOCs来源和废气特性分析,重点对蓄热氧化工艺和蓄热催化氧化工艺从技术适用性和投资两方面进行综合比较评价,得出蓄热氧化法技术操作安全、维护费用低,更适用于处理含有一定量粉尘,低VOCs浓度的高压聚乙烯装置废气中的VOCs。
In discharged air from extracting section and products mixing section in high pressure polyethylene plant, the concentrationof VOCs was beyond of the limit required in the standard "Emission Standard for Pollutants of Synthetic Resin Industry". Inthis article, with the analysis of the source of VOCs and the characteristics of the waste gas, the comprehensive comparison andevaluation from two aspects of technical adaption and cost were carried out for thermal oxidation process and catalytic oxidationprocess.It was found that use of thermal oxidation process can result in safe operation and low maintenance cost, so it is more adaptedto treat the condition for high pressure polyethylene plant, in which low VOCs concentration with certain amount powder is existed.
