2014-2017年宁波市北仑区男性尖锐湿疣患者HPV基因型检测分析

HPV genotyping of male condyloma acuminata in 2014-2017 in Beilun district of Ningbo

目的分析2014-2017年宁波市北仑区男性尖锐湿疣患者病变组织HPV基因型及前列腺液HPV6/11检测结果,为尖锐湿疣的诊断及治疗提供参考。方法选取2014年1月至2017年12月北仑区人民医院诊治的男性尖锐湿疣患者80例,采集病变组织及前列腺液,采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)检测HPV-DNA。结果 80例患者的病变组织中均检测出HPV,阳性率100.00%,其中低危型57例(71.25%),高危型15例(18.75%),高危型+低危型8例(10.00%)。单一感染47例(58.75%),多重感染33例(41.25%)。64例患者前列腺液中检出HPV6/11,阳性率为80.00%,其中HPV6 29例(45.31%)、HPV11 12例(18.75%)、HPV6+11 23例(35.94%)。不同年龄及不洁性生活史患者HPV6/11阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尖锐湿疣患者病变组织及前列腺液中均以低危型HPV6、HPV11感染为主,前列腺液HPV6/11检测有助于无症状的尖锐湿疣早期诊断。

Objective To understand the human papillomavirus(HPV)genotypes in male patients with condyloma acuminata in 2014-2017 in Beilun district of Ningbo,and to provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of condyloma acuminata. Methods 80 male cases with condyloma acuminata treated in Beliun District People′s Hospital of Ningbo from January 2014 to December 2017 were enrolled.Diseased tissue samples and prostatic fluid were collected,fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to amplify HPVDNA which was then sequenced for genotyping. Results 80 cases were all HPV positive in diseased tissues with the positive rate of 100.00%.57 cases(71.25%)were LR-HPV,15 cases(18.75%)were HR-HPV and8 cases(10.00%)were mixed.47 cases(58.75%)had single infection and 33 cases(41.25%)had multiple infection.HPV6/11 was detected in prostatic fluid of 64 cases with the positive rate of 80.00%.45.31%,18.75% and 35.94% of patients were positive for HPV6,HPV11 and both,respectively.The differences of HPV6/11 positive rate were not statistically significant among patients with different age and with unclean sex experience(P>0.05). Conclusions LR-HPV6 and HPV11 types are predominant both in diseased tissue and in prostate fluid in male patients with condyloma acuminata,the detection of HPV6/11 in prostate fluid may help for the early diagnosis of male asymptomatic condyloma acuminate.
