摘要 目的探讨跗内侧游离静脉皮瓣修复单手指掌侧皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法对2016年5月-2017年5月采用跗内侧游离静脉皮瓣修复单手指掌侧皮肤软组织缺损患者的临床资料进行分析。结果术后20例皮瓣全部成活,均获随访,时间12~16个月。皮瓣质地、弹性及手指外形良好。结论跗内侧游离静脉皮瓣修复单手指掌侧皮肤软组织缺损,疗效满意,值得推广。 Objective To inwestigate the clinical effect of free medical tarsal venous flap in repairing palmar skin-defect of single finger.Methods The clinical data of patients with palmar skin defect of single finger repaired by free medical tarsal venous flap in our department from may 2016 to may 2018 were analyzed.Results All flaps survived in 20 cases.The patients were followed up for 12-16 months.The texture and elasticity of the skin flap and the shape of the finger were good.Conclusion The free medical tarsal venous flap is effective in repairing the palmar skin defect of single finger and is'worthy of popularization.
