采用侧方切口微型钛板治疗中节指骨骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨利用手指侧方切口行微型钛板内固定治疗手指中节指骨骨折的疗效。方法 2014年3月-2016年10月,对48例中节指骨闭合性骨折采用侧方切口微型钛板复位内固定治疗。术后未行石膏固定,及时指导功能康复训练。结果平均随访6个月后行内固定钛板取出术,所有指骨骨折愈合良好,未出现畸形愈合,关节活动度可,未出现骨关节感染。根据中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优21例,良18例,可9例。结论手指侧方切口微型钛板在中节指骨闭合性骨折治疗中疗效可靠。利用侧方切口避免了损伤肌腱,有效地防止伸肌腱粘连,微型钛板的应用可早期进行功能康复训练,减少关节僵硬。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of mini-titanium plate internal fixation on phalangeal fractures of the fingers by using the lateral incision of the finger.Methods From March 2014 to October 2016,48 patients with closed fracture of middle phalanx were treated with lateral incision mini-titanium plate reduction and internal fixation,and plaster fixation was avoided after operation.Results After an average follow-up of 6 months,all the phalangeal fractures healed well,no malunion occurred,and the range of joint movement was good.There was no infection of bone.According to the evaluation standard of upper limb function of the Chinese Medical Association,21 cases were excellent,18 cases were good and 9 cases were fair.Conclusion The treatment of closed fracture of middle phalangeal bone with the lateral incision and titanium plate fixation is reliable.The lateral incision can avoid tendon injury and prevent extensor tendon adhesion effectively.The application of mini-titanium plate can be used for early functional exercise and reducing the joint stiffness.
