《国标》视角下对公安院校法学专业课程设置的思考

Some Thoughts on Curricula of Law Majors in Public Security Colleges from the Perspective of "National Standard"

《国标》提高了普通高等学校举办法学类专业的标准。为了实现法学专业的人才培养目标,《国标》对该专业的课程设置提出了明确要求,作为公安院校举办的法学专业也概莫能外。公安院校法学专业应在坚持本色、打造特色的基础上,结合毕业学生从事法律实践所反映出来的能力缺失情况,进行体系化、模块化的课程设置,且重点应加强公安法务课程的体系化建设。

The first national standard on the teaching quality of higher education institutions(hereinafter referred to as the National Standard) has raised the standard for setting up law majors in higher education institutions. In order to achieve the objects of talent cultivation in law majors, the National Standard has put forward clear requirements for the curricula, and there is no exception for the law majors in public security colleges. Adhering to the inherent qualities and exploring characteristics, the law majors of public security colleges should take into account the law graduates’ insufficient abilities in legal practice, set up systematic and modular curricula of law majors, and give priority to the systematic design of the law courses related to policing affairs.
