摘要
宪法学实践教学是学生宪法意识培育的有效手段。当下,在宪法学实践教学中存在定位偏差、方法陈旧和引导不足等问题。应在实践教学中,把握好宪法意识的基本范畴,通过案例教学法、讨论教学法和参与式教学法等实践教学方法,培育和增强学生的宪法意识,提高本科法学专业教学质量。
The practice-based teaching of constitutional law is an effective means to cultivate students’ constitutional consciousness, but has the existing problems such as deviated orientation, outdated methods, and insufficient guidance. In order to improve the teaching quality for law majors in undergraduate stage, it is imperative to grasp the basic categories of constitutional consciousness, to cultivate and improve the students’ constitutional consciousness by means of the case teaching method, class discussion, and students’ participation.
