公安机关人民警察训练工作是提高队伍战斗力的根本途径,在队伍建设中居于先导性、基础性和战略性地位。当下公安院校开展人民警察训练工作存在的主要问题是训练质量不高和训练理论研究不足,应在以成人学习为视角剖析原因的基础上,从价值和制度层面进一步加强公安机关人民警察训练工作,提升训练成效。

As an essential approach to improve the combat effectiveness of the troops, the training of people’s police in public security organs remains a leading, fundamental, and strategic position in team building. Presently, the main problems in the training of people’s police in public security colleges include the low training quality and the insufficient theoretical research. Therefore, it is imperative to analyze the reasons from the perspective of adult learning, further strengthen the police training work of public security organs from the aspects of values and systems, and strive to enhance the effectiveness of police training.
