科研成果评价机制改革路径探索——以贵州警察学院为例

Innovation on Evaluation Mechanism for Scientific Research Results: Taking Guizhou Police College as an Example

根据国内外高等学校学科、学位建设的经验,高等学校开展和重视科学研究,是学科、学位建设的最有效的途径。而贵州警察学院现有科研成果评价机制存在诸多缺陷,已不能适应新形势下科研工作的新要求,创新改革科研成果评价机制已势在必行。新的科研成果评价机制应在基本原则、评价主体、评价客体(评价对象、成果形式和评价标准)、评价方法(考核周期、考核程序)等方面,立足学院实际,进行大胆而务实的创新改革。

According to the discipline and degree construction experience in higher education institutions at home and abroad, attaching importance to scientific research is the most effective way to develop discipline and degree construction. However, the Guizhou Police College’s evaluation mechanism of scientific research results has many shortcomings, no longer meets the new requirements of scientific research under the new situation, so it should be innovated. The new evaluation mechanism for scientific research results should be based on the actual situation of the college, and the innovation should be carried out boldly and pragmatically from the aspects such as the basic principles, subject of the evaluation, object of the evaluation(target of the evaluation, form of the research result and evaluation criteria), as well as the evaluation methods(assessment cycle, assessment procedures).
