摘要 混合所有制高职院校建设有教育动因,更有经济动因。从职业教育的角度看,希望通过实施混合所有制改革是高职院校明确办学定位、提高毕业生就业质量,深化校企合作、提高教育教学能力。从经济角度看,希望通过混合所有制高职院校建设推动供给侧结构性调整,引导民间资本投资,完善科技人才服务平台。在混合所有制建设过程中,校企双方各有预期。建立教育企业,是协调各方预期,实现混合所有制高职院校建设的途径。这一途径同时也有效解决了职业教育办分离的问题。 To build higher vocational colleges with mixed ownership is motivated educationally and more economically. From the perspective of vocational education, to reform the college ownership is intended to clear the orientation of the education, deepen cooperation between colleges and enterprises, improve the employment of college graduates and the education quality and teaching abilities. From the perspective of economy, to reform the college ownership is intended to promote structural adjustment in supply-side, to guide private capital investment and to improve the service platform of the personnel with scientific and technological skills. To build higher vocational colleges with mixed ownership, the college and the enterprise each has their own expectations. To establish educational enterprises is a way to coordinate the expectations of all parties by building higher vocational colleges with different kinds of ownership. It also effectively solves the problem of job-training detachment.
