摘要
近年来,越来越多的新型载体材料被运用到药物递送系统的研究中,解决了诸多瓶颈问题。本文以不同类型的多孔材料和载体为出发点,对透皮给药系统的研究现状进行综述,以期对经皮给药制剂的发展有所裨益。
In recent years,more and more new carrier materials have been applied to the drug delivery systems,and many bottleneck problems have been resolved.This review summarizes the research status of various porous materials and carriers applied in transdermal drug delivery systems to provide a reference for formulations.
