Comparative Analysis of DAS28-CRP and DAS28-ESR Disease Activity Scores in the Evaluation of Rheumatoid Arthritis Diseases

摘要 目的:探究C反应蛋白和红细胞沉降率两种DAS28评分方法在评估类风湿关节炎患者疾病活动方面的关系。方法:采用回顾性分析,观察2017年1~12月在宜春市人民医院在我院住院治疗的69例RA患者,记录分析患者的临床资料,分别计算他们的DAS28-ESR和DAS28-CRP两种评分,采用Pearson's相关分析分析两种评分方法之间的关系,比较两种评分的分布差异以及两种评分与患者资料之间的关系。结果:DAS28-ESR与DAS28-CRP评分具有很好的线性关系,且有统计学意义(y=0.771x+1.805,r=0.821,P<0.001),DAS28-CRP评分(4.73±1.01)分,低于DAS28-ESR评分(5.45±0.95)分,二者的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:DAS28-ESR与DAS28-CRP两种评分方法在评价RA患者疾病活动度时虽有相关关系却也有显著差异,可能会影响医生对RA患者病情的评估和治疗用药的选择,应予以关注。 Objective: To investigate the two DAS28 scoring methods for C-reactive protein(CRP) and Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) in the evaluation of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). The relationship between the patient’s disease activity. Methods: A retrospective study was performed to observe 69 patients with RA in our hospital. The clinical data of the patients were recorded and analyzed. The scores of DAS28-ESR and DAS28-CRP were calculated respectively. Pearson’s correlation analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the two. Results: The DAS28-ESR had a good linear relationship with the DAS28-CRP score, and was statistically significant(y=0.771 x+1.805, r=0.821, P<0.001). The DAS28-CRP score(4.73 ±1.01) was lower than DAS28-ESR score(5.45 ± 0.95), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusion: DAS28-ESR and DAS28-CRP scoring methods have significant correlations when evaluating patients’ disease activity, but they should also be concerned.
