双侧额颞平衡改良大骨瓣减压术对大面积脑梗死术后神经功能及生存质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨双侧额颞平衡改良大骨瓣减压术对大面积脑梗死患者术后神经功能及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2015年8月~2018年1月我院收治的94例大面积脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据术式的不同分为A组和B组,每组47例。B组行常规去骨瓣减压术,A组行双侧额颞平衡改良大骨瓣减压术,比较两组的术后并发症发生率、手术前及术后3个月神经功能(NIHSS)评分和生存质量(SF-36)评分。结果:A组的术后并发症发生率为4.26%,明显低于B组的17.02%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;术后3个月,两组的NIHSS评分和SF-36评分均较术前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05;且A组的改善程度优于B组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:采用双侧额颞平衡改良大骨瓣减压术治疗大面积脑梗死患者,临床疗效显著,术后并发症发生率低,能够有效改善患者的神经功能及生存质量。
