摘要
我国的高校信息化建设虽然已经走过了近30年,但是其中仍然存在着许多问题,比如数据信息丢失、管理二维化、静态化等。而由建筑信息模型化(BIM)技术和地理信息系统(GIS)的深度结合形成的智慧校园管理平台,将能在智慧校园的全寿命周期内,起到信息共享、三维动态管理的作用,极大的提高了智慧校园在规划、建造、管理、灾害预警、人流疏散、基础设施重建等问题上的智能程度。基于此,以西南石油大学(成都校区)为例,用文献分析法、问卷调查法等方法,重点分析了基于BIM+GIS技术的管理平台在校园智慧管理中的作用。
Although our country’s university information construction has gone through nearly 30 years, there are still problems such as the loss of data information, management two-dimensionalization, and static. The intelligent campus management platform based on the deep integration of BIM technology and GIS technology will be able to play a role in information sharing and three-dimensional dynamic management throughout the life cycle of a smart campus, greatly improving the planning and construction of smart campuses. Management, disaster early warning, evacuation of people,infrastructure reconstruction and other issues on the degree of wisdom. Based on this, taking the Southwest Petroleum University(Chengdu Campus) as an example, with the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey, the role of the BIM+GIS technology management platform in the smart management of the campus was analyzed.
