生产性服务业规模对制造业效率的影响研究——分地区分行业的视角

An Empirical Study of the Impact of Producer Services on Manufacturing Efficiency——From perspective of region and industry

基于2007—2016年全国29个省份面板数据,以生产性服务业发展规模为主要解释变量,本文分析生产性服务业发展规模对制造业效率的影响。实证结果表明,生产性服务业发展规模对制造业效率有明显的积极影响;分地区分析,影响程度排序为:西部>东部>中部;分行业分析,交通运输、仓储邮政业和金融业发展对制造业效率具有显著的积极影响。根据分析提出对策,全国要营造有利的政策环境;东部要注重制造业增加值的提升;中部应促进制造业外包;西部应重点发展区位影响小的生产性服务业。

According to panel data of 29 Chinese provinces in 2007-2016, taking the scale as the main explanatory variable, we analyzed the impact of the scale of producer services on manufacturing efficiency in this paper. The empirical result shows that the scale of producer service industry has a significant positive impact on manufacturing efficiency.Analysis by regions, the degree of impact is ranked: west>east>central regions. Analysis by industries, the development of transportation, storage and post, financial industries has especially positive influence on manufacturing efficiency.Then put forward countermeasures, the whole country should create a favorable policy environment;the eastern region should pay attention to the increase of manufacturing value added;the central region should promote manufacturing outsourcing;the western region should focus on the development of producer service industry that slightly affeeted by area.
