臭氧水疗联合红光以及甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效和安全性研究 被引量:9

Efficacy and Safety of Ozone Hydrotherapy Combined with Red Light and Metronidazole Gel in Treating Acne Rosacea

摘要 目的探讨臭氧水疗联合红光治疗丘疹脓疱型和毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法丘疹脓疱型和红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者98例,随机分为两组,治疗组患者50例,采用臭氧水疗联合红光以及甲硝唑凝胶治疗;对照组患者48例,采用红光联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗。红光治疗能量密度40~60 J/cm^2,每次照射时间20 min,隔日1次,每周治疗3次。甲硝唑凝胶外涂,每日2次。臭氧水疗,每间隔1d治疗1次。治疗后2、4和6周观察两组疗效和不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后2、4、6周有效率分别为治疗组28.0%、58.0%、78.0%;对照组18.8%、35.4%、54.2%。两组患者治疗后2周疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),治疗后4和6周的疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组治疗后丘疹脓疱数目、红斑血管扩张评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0. 05)。两组患者不良反应主要为面部治疗后一过性刺激不适,不影响继续治疗,未见严重的不良反应。结论臭氧水疗是一种安全、环保、有效的方法 ,臭氧水疗联合红光照射治疗有助于缓解玫瑰痤疮患者症状,丰富了玫瑰痤疮的治疗手段。 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of ozone hydrotherapy combined with red light in the treatment of acne rosacea.Methods Totally 98 acne rosacea patients with papules, pustules or erythematous telangiectasia were randomly divided into the treatment group(50 cases) and control group(48 cases). The patients in both groups were treated with red light(once every two days)and Metronidazole Gel(twice daily) for 6 weeks. Moreover, those in the treatment group were given ozone hydrotherapy once every two days. The curative effects and adverse reactions of two groups were observed respectively in the 2 nd, 4 th and 6 th weeks after the treatment.Results The effective rate of the treatment group reached 28%, 58% and 78% in the 2^nd, 4^th and 6^th weeks after the treatment, while that of the control group being 18. 8%, 35.4% and 54. 2% respectively. The two groups did not differ significantly in total efficacy rate in the 2^nd week(P >0.05), but a significant difference appeared in the 4^th and 6^thweeks(P <0. 05) respectively. Meanwhile,there was a statistically significant difference in papules,pustules and erythema vasodilatation scores between the two groups in the 2^nd,4^th and 6^th weeks after treatment(P <0.05). For both groups, adverse reactions included mainly transient irritation and discomfort after the facial treatment, and no serious adverse reaction was observed.Conclusions Ozone hydrotherapy is a safe, environmental-friendly and effective treatment for acne rosacea. Ozone hydrotherapy combined with red light therapy is useful to alleviate the symptoms and bring in more treatment methods for acne rosacea.
