摘要
一、引论1978年迄今,我国的改革开放走过了40年艰辛、复杂、迂回曲折的历程。这也是一段交响诗般的历程。正是这一改革开放的壮举,才有了我们今天所有的进步和成就。改革开放对於我国社会的发展无疑是革命性的。由此,导致我国社会地覆天翻的变化。这些变化不仅体现在经济、政治、文化、观念等方面,也体现在法制方面。
1.Introduction From 1978 to this day,China's reform and opening-up went through 40 years of arduous,complicated and tortuous journey, which is also a symphonic journey.It was the magnificent feat of the reform and opening-up that brought up all progresses and achievements we have today.Reform and opening-up is, undoubtedly,revolutionary for the development of China's society,thus has brought earth-shaking changes to the society. These changes embody in aspects of economy,politics,culture and concept,as well as in the aspect of legal institution.
