本期影像以中国审判机关(法院)的制度史为主线,通过梳理其发展、演化脉络,得见我国审判制度历史之悠长、所发挥职能作用之重要,以及对于全盘制度建设的意义之不可或缺。
The image of this issue is based on the history of the Chinese judicial organs (courts)system.By sorting out its development and evolution,we can capture the history of the trial system in China,the important role of its functions,and its significance to the overall system construction.
