我国公安消防部队抢险救援现场应突出及强化现场医疗救护的重要性

Current situation,advantages,and deficiencies of the medical rescue during disaster of the China's fire fighting forces

目的探讨建立起符合我国国情的新型消防医疗救助体系,提高我国应急救援能力和水平。方法对比分析我国的院外急救与发达国家之间的理念差异,总结概括了我国消防应急救援现场医疗救护的现状和院外医疗急救的模式及现状,阐述了消防部队开展应急救援现场医疗救护的优势、法律责任和职业使命。结果逐步建立起符合我国国情的新型消防医疗救助体系,做到消防现场医疗救助与地方医疗急救中心的无缝对接,院外急救与院内急救的无缝对接,并不断提高自救与他救水平,才能最大限度减少伤亡。结论我国消防应急救援中应重视现场医疗救护。

Objective To establish a new system of medical assistance in accordance with the national conditions of our country,and to improve the ability and level of emergency rescue in China.Methods a comparative analysis of differences between developed countries and China's pre-hospital emergency treatment,summarizes the mode and the status quo of medical emergency situation and hospital of China's fire emergency rescue site medical aid,expounds the advantage,legal responsibility and mission of the fire emergency rescue occupation troops to carry out on-site medical rescue.Results gradually establish a new type of firefighting medical assistance system that in accordance with China's national conditions,which in close coordination between the fire scene medical emergency rescue and the local emergency medical center,hospital emergency and pre-hospital,continuously improve the level of help and self-help in order to minimize casualties.Conclusion Medical rescue should be paid attention to in China's fire emergency rescue.
