广西边境地区院外急救能力现状研究

Current situation of emergency function of hospitals in Sino-Vietnamese border area in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

目的了解广西边境地区院外急救能力的现状,为更好地提高广西边境地区医院的院外急救能力提供理论基础。方法2016年12月广西医科大学采用典型的立意(判断)抽样法,对广西与越南接壤地区的防城、东兴、宁明、凭祥、龙州、大新、靖西和那坡8个县(市、区)的公立医院进行抽样调查。结果边境地区医院的院外急救体系的政策、资金建设投入不足,院外急救人员配备不合理,在突发事件时,广西边境地区大部分医院的院外急救能力薄弱。结论广西边境地区的大部分的医院的院外急救能力还有待提升,在院外急救的人力配置,急救车辆配备、相关急救设备建设等方面更需要政府部门提供更多的政策和财政支持。

Objective To understand the status quo of first aid capacity in public hospitals in Guangxi border area,and to provide theoretical basis for better improvement of pre-hospital first aid ability in Guangxi border area hospitals: Methods The typical conception (judgment)sampling method was used to study the effects of the eight counties (cities,districts)on the urban areas of Guangxi and Vietnam,Dongxing,Ningming,Pingxiang,Longzhou,Daxin,Jingxi and Napo Public hospitals conduct a sample survey.Results In the border areas of the hospital pre-hospital emergency construction of the relevant government departments are not enough support,pre-hospital emergency personnel with unreasonable,in emergencies,most of the Guangxi border area hospital emergency first aid capacity is insufficient.Conclusion The hospital first aid capacity of most hospitals in Guangxi border area has yet to be improved.More government and government departments need to provide more policy and financial support in the pre-hospital emergency disposition,emergency vehicle equipment and related equipment construction.
