“一带一路”倡议背景下外警培训中的跨文化交流研究

随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,为保护中国的海外利益,中国急需加强和“一带一路”沿线各国之间的国际警务合作。为沿线国培训警察是加强国际警务合作最直接最有效的途径之一。但外国警察在培训交流沟通过程中,由于存在跨文化障碍、误区、冲突、休克等问题,影响了培训效果,制约了国际警务合作工作的开展。我们在外警培训中要进一步完善跨文化交流政策、健全交流机制、加强交流管理、优化交流措施、做实交流保障,以提升外警培训的针对性、实效性、持续性,从而进一步强化国际警务合作,为“一带一路”倡议的实施推进保驾护航。

With the deepening of the The Belt and Road Initiative,in order to protect China's overseas interests,China urgently needs to strengthen international police cooperation with countries along the "Belt and Road".Training police officers from the countries along the route is the most direct and effective way to carry out international police cooperation.However,in the process of foreign police training and communication,there exists many problems such as cross-eultural barriers,misunderstandings,conflicts and even cultural shocks,which have impeded the training effect and restricted the development of international police force cooperation between China and these countries.We need to further improve cross-cultural communication policies,improve eommunieation mechanisms,strengthen communication management, optimize exchange measures,and implement practical exchange guarantees in foreign police training to enhance the pertinence,effectiveness,and sustainability of foreign police training,thereby further strengthening the international police cooperation and promoting the escort of the implementation of the The Belt and Road Initiative.
